Author to speak at library

Author and Hempfield resident Carolyn Kleinman will speak at the Manheim Township Public Library, 595 Granite Run Drive, Lancaster, on Wednesday, April 17, at 10 am.

She will give a slideshow program titled "Unraveling the Mystery of Mysteries." Kleinman will speak about the history of mystery stories, the category's many subgenres, and terms related to mysteries. She will also explain how she came to write her new book, "The Class Assignment Is Murder."

Kleinman will also speak at the Milanof-Schock Library, 1184 Anderson Ferry Road, Mount Joy, on Saturday, April 13, at 10 a.m.

Both programs are free and open to the public.
