B.R. Kreider & Son Inc. recently recognized Barb Hershey, office custodian, and Laura Donmoyer, specialty services project coordinator, with the 2020 B.R. Kreider Core Value Award.

Hershey and Donmoyer were nominated by fellow employees for the award. The award is presented to the employee who best represents the seven core values of the company: safety, a commitment to the best safety practices; integrity, always doing what one says one will do; collaboration, encouraging positive relationships; quality, providing premium service with the utmost care; innovation, finding new and better ways to provide great service and value; servant, treating others as one wants to be treated; and stewardship, care of resources.

Hershey joined B.R. Kreider & Son Inc. in 2012 and resides in Columbia.

A resident of Manheim, Donmoyer joined B.R. Kreider & Son in 2016 and was recently promoted to the role of project manager.
