GEARS and Winters Heritage House will offer a beginner-friendly sewing class designed for adults with little or no sewing experience.

The class is open to people age 18 and over. Class will take place on Wednesdays, Sept. 3 through 24, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Winters Heritage House, 47 E. High St., Elizabethtown.

By the end of the four weeks, participants will complete small, useful projects like a pincushion and a tote bag.

There will be a class fee. All materials will be provided.
