The seventh annual Survivors Raise Hope event, which will benefit breast cancer survivors, will be held on Saturday, Oct. 7.

The event will include a motorcycle ride from the Elizabethtown American Legion Post 329, 240 N. Hanover St., to the Middletown Anglers and Hunters, 1350 Schoolhouse Road. Ride registration will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the legion post. The ride will kick off at 11:15 a.m., followed by festivities, including music, food and refreshments, at the Middletown location beginning at noon. Participants will be escorted by the Linglestown Legion Riders.

Proceeds from the event will be used to financially assist cancer survivors that are no longer in treatment.
