Bible Adventure Classes Planned

Bible Adventure classes will be available to third- through fifth-grade students in Solanco School District this school year. The program offers round-trip transportation between a participating student's school and a neighborhood church where volunteers working with Joy El Generation help students to learn and memorize Scripture, allowing them to earn points toward awards and discounts on camp experiences. Bible Adventure is a released-time program as allowed by state law, and it takes place for one hour each week.

Parental permission is required and forms will be available in each elementary school office for request by Tuesday, Sept. 6. Registration is also available at http://www.joyelgeneration.org/bible-adventure-permission-form/.

Parents of students at Bart-Colerain Elementary may sign up their children in person at a drive-up event on Tuesday, Sept. 6, from 3 to 7 p.m. at Colerain Church, 1923 Noble Road, Kirkwood. Joy El volunteers will be available at the carport to sign up students and answer questions. Bart-Colerain classes will be held Thursday, Sept. 22, through Thursday, April 27, 2023.
