Blessings of Hope will hold the iCare 5K and 10K Walk and Run on Saturday, May 29. People of all ages and abilities are invited to participate. Proceeds will help Blessings of Hope to feed struggling individuals and families in the local region and beyond.

Check-in will start at 7:30 a.m., with the race beginning at 8:30 a.m. at 1850 Diamond Station Road, Ephrata, which is the future home of Blessings of Hope. Pets are welcome to participate with their owners.

The course will be a scenic route through Lancaster County farmland, with a water station at the turnaround point. After the race, sandwiches and orange juice will be available and awards will be presented to the top overall male and female finishers as well as the winners in various age brackets.

The finish line and timing service will be provided by Pretzel City Sports, with race results posted at http://www.pretzelcitysports.com. Those who register and pay by Saturday, May 1, will receive a discount and an iCare sweat towel embroidered by a local Amish woman.
