The Lancaster Bonsai Society will present Bonsai 101 on Saturday, March 2, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the greenhouse at Stauffers of Kissel Hill Home & Garden Store, 301 Rohrerstown Road, Lancaster.

Ryan Wagner, a Lancaster Bonsai Society veteran and a professor of plant physiology and botany at Millersville University, will provide an introduction to the art of bonsai, tips on growing and caring for bonsai trees and a demonstration of how to create bonsai trees from common nursery plants. A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation.
