Carl Hackman Named FCCB Branch Manager

First Citizens Community Bank (FCCB) recently announced the addition of Carl Hackman as the new branch manager of its Mount Joy office, 720 E. Main St., and its Fivepointville office, located inside Weaver's Store, 1015 Dry Tavern Road, Denver.

In his role as branch manager, Hackman will be responsible for the overall growth of the branches, the continued development of staff and ensuring that FCCB plays an active role in the growth of the communities served by its Lancaster County locations.

Hackman brings 12 years of banking experience to the office, with a focus on the management of branch staff, customer service and sales. Most recently, he was the branch manager at Northwest Bank in Mount Joy. He is a board member of the Mount Joy Chamber of Commerce, the treasurer of the Four Seasons at Rapho Community and a former member of Rainbow's End Youth Center in Mount Joy.

FCCB opened its Mount Joy office in September 2016 as part of its continued expansion into southcentral Pennsylvania after acquiring the First National Bank of Fredericksburg in Lebanon County in 2015. The location inside Weaver's Store opened in 2019.

Most recently, FCCB opened a new office in Kennett Square, 741 W. Cypress St. This location lies between the bank's Lancaster County locations and the newly acquired Delaware offices. In April 2020, the bank acquired MidCoast Community Bank, headquartered in Wilmington Del.
