Children ages 6 to 10 and their parents or guardians are invited to participate in the newest HighHOPES Miniature Horse Challenge at the Capital Area Therapeutic Riding Association (CATRA), 168 Station Road, Grantville, on Saturday, Oct. 4, from 9 to 11 a.m.

Children will experience hands-on activities with CATRA's miniature horses designed to promote healthy choices, effective communication skills, problem-solving and volunteerism, while learning proper horse leading and care.
