Governor Dick Environmental Center, 3283 Pinch Road, Mount Gretna, will offer two free fall programs. These activities are open to the public, but preregistration is required by contacting 717-964-3808 or governordick@hotmail.com and providing a name and phone number. Attendees should meet at the Environmental Center.

A Mushroom Walk will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5. Participants will search to see how many different kinds of mushrooms they can find and identify.

A Music on the Porch bluegrass jam will take place on Sunday, Nov. 6, from 1 to 4 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair and a stringed instrument.
