The annual wreath-laying ceremony memorializing James Buchanan, 15th president of the United States, will be held on Saturday, April 25. It will begin at 10 a.m. at Woodward Hill Cemetery, 501 S. Queen St., Lancaster. Participants will include Scout Troop 58 from Willow Street, the Fencibles, the Rev. Joel Petruschke from Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, and the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.
