Highland Presbyterian Church, 500 E. Roseville Road, Lancaster, will present its second concert of the Dorothy Rose Smith Concerts on Wednesday, Dec. 7, at 7 p.m. The concert will feature the Mennonite Children's Choir of Lancaster.

The concert is free and open to the public. A freewill offering will be received.
