Etters Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 537, Pines Road, will host its fifth annual chili cook-off on Saturday, Feb. 23, from 2 to 5 p.m. Registration fees have been set for tasters and for chili entries, with proceeds benefiting the York County Vets in Need Foundation. The first 15 entries will be accepted, and all registrations and fees must be received by Monday, Feb. 11.
