Christiana Borough will honor Trish Vandenbosch, library director at Moores Memorial Library, with an open house on Wednesday, July 10, through Friday, July 12, during library hours. The event will feature refreshments and balloons, and local residents are encouraged to visit the library to wish Vandenbosch well. Appointed library director in 2014, she will leave the library at the end of July to pursue a teaching position.

Moores Memorial Library is located 9 W. Slokom Ave., Christiana. Hours of operation are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon to 7 p.m.; and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon.
