Etown Grace Church, 305 Anchor Road, Elizabethtown, will hold a Christmas Eve candle-lighting service on Tuesday, Dec. 24, at 6 p.m. The event will include the singing of traditional Christmas hymns as well as some more contemporary Christmas songs accompanied by trumpet, clarinet, mandolin, piano, and cajon. Special music will also be presented.

In a message titled "Seeing God's Glorious Plan," attendees will hear the story of Simeon, the prophet who met Joseph, Mary, and baby Jesus in the temple. The service will end with the lighting of individual candles.
