The annual Christmas food boxes will be delivered to registered families on Sunday, Dec. 18. Community volunteers are welcome to help deliver boxes and should arrive at the Columbia Borough Fire Hall, 726 Manor St., no earlier than noon.

For local senior apartment complexes, such as Trinity House and St. Peters Apartments, hot Christmas meals will be delivered on Saturday, Dec. 31. Sign-up sheets will be available in apartment lobbies in early December.

The Columbia Lions Club and Sunsnappers organize this project. It is also made possible by area businesses, organizations, and hundreds of community volunteers.
