Community Fellowship Church has announced Step Forward, a new, immersive, one-year internship for recent college graduates interested in church leadership. Applications are being accepted for the July 2023 to June 2024 session.

Each year, a cohort of four to six students will receive weekly instruction, one-to-one mentoring, and paid, part-time employment at Community Fellowship Church. Students are required to also work part-time in the marketplace as a vital part of their experience. The internship is designed to cultivate leadership skills and relevant, real-world experience required for today's church and ministry leaders. Step Forward is directed by Jeff Comeaux.
