Church opens Little Free Library

Highland Presbyterian Church, 500 E. Roseville Road, Lancaster, has installed a Little Free Library to encourage children and adults in the neighborhood to read and share books. Highland's senior pastor, the Rev. Allison Beaulieu, blessed the library on July 6.

Neighbors can take a book and leave a book at the library box, situated by the sidewalk on East Roseville Road. Items may include children's, young adult, Christian or other books.

Community members are also welcome to visit Highland on Sundays for worship. A time of extended worship with the church's praise band, Ignite, takes place at 9:30 a.m. in the fellowship hall. The traditional service starts at 10 a.m., followed by coffee and fellowship.
