Church Plans Basement Sale

Bethany Presbyterian Church, 25 N. West End Ave., Lancaster, will hold its annual spring basement sale on Saturday, April 25, from 8 a.m. to noon.

The sale will feature two rooms full of vintage collectibles, garden items, plants, household goods, linens, glassware, tools, toys, games, puzzles, books, and baskets. Camping equipment will also be available, including a tent, chairs, a folding table, a stove, coolers, and a portable shower.

Food will be available for purchase to eat on-site or for takeout, including baked goods, hot dogs, hamburger barbecue, and chicken corn soup.

Proceeds will benefit Boy Scout Troop 4, which the church has sponsored for more than 50 years.

Attendees should enter the sale area through the front stairs or via the handicapped-accessible ramp at the back of the building. Parking is available at the rear of the building.
