St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church, 2111 Millersville Pike, Lancaster, will hold a Mardi Gras-themed bingo event on Sunday, March 2. Doors will open at 12:30 p.m., and games will start at 2 p.m. Sponsoring the event are the Knights of Columbus Council 17028 and the Women's Auxiliary.

The event will include 20 regular games of bingo and additional special games; cash will be given as prizes. There will also be giveaway drawings and door prizes. 

Those who purchase tickets in advance will receive a free three-card jackpot sheet. Additional sheets may be purchased at the door. For advance tickets, call 717-872-2166 and select the bingo option.

Proceeds from this event will support various parish and community endeavors, including support of the Millersville Loft, A Woman's Concern, St. Mary's meals for the homeless, Wreaths Across America, and Boxes of Joy. Another project is the annual free Thanksgiving meal; 850 meals were supplied in 2024.
