Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1290 River Road, Marietta, will host a free community lunch and bingo event on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Prizes will be available for people of all ages, and a light lunch will be offered. Everyone is welcome, but children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

The event is free, but people are encouraged to bring donations of nonperishable canned goods for the East Donegal Conoy Christian Food Bank.
