Highland Presbyterian Church, 500 E. Roseville Road, Lancaster, will sponsor a Marketplace event on Saturday, Oct. 8, in the lower parking lot from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. to raise funds for its library.

Community members are invited to sell items. They should bring their items on the day of the event and will keep any money made in sales. All unsold items must be removed from the premises at the conclusion of the event.

There is a fee to rent a space and a separate fee to rent a table. There are only 30 spots, and they will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration and payment are due to the church office by Wednesday, Oct. 5. Registration forms are available in the narthex and at http://www.highlandpc.org/news.
