Christ Church Yorkana, 5 Main St., Yorkana, will host a Trunk 'n' Treat event on Sunday, Oct. 15, from 4 to 6 p.m., rain or shine. This activity is the church's annual fall event for the community, and it is free of charge.

Children birth to age 12 are invited to come in costume and visit decorated car trunks where they will be given candy and trinkets. Attendees may also enjoy a hayride and explore a fire truck outside, and they may come inside for a hot dog and a drink, a craft, games and a photo opportunity.
