Lancaster Church of the Brethren, 1601 Sunset Ave., Lancaster, will offer a "Waves of Wonder" vacation Bible school (VBS) on Sunday to Thursday, July 20 to 24, from 6:15 to 8 p.m.

VBS lessons and activities will be structured around Scripture passages in which water plays a prominent role. Participants will learn Bible stories, do crafts, make snacks, and enjoy games. Evenings will begin and end with worship and songs.

Offerings received during the week will support Lancaster Clean Water Partners, an organization that brings people together to restore and sustain healthy waterways in Lancaster County.

The program is free and open to children age 3 through those who have completed fifth grade. The number of 3-year-olds will be limited, with participants accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
