Florin Church of the Brethren (COB), 815 Bruce Ave., Mount Joy, will host a Breakfast Bowl event on Saturday, July 15, at 9 a.m. The menu includes scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, fruit, muffins, coffee and juice. A short devotional will be offered after the meal.

The event is free and open to the public, and reservations are not required. Free parking is available. Attendees should enter the facility through the carport double doors.

Everyone who attends will be have the opportunity to enter a drawing to win a basket of fresh produce promoting the church's Breakfast Bowl and Donegal Community Gardens event on Saturday, Aug. 19. In addition to featuring a free hot breakfast, this event will also include fresh vegetables for purchase, vendors and tours of the gardens. More details are forthcoming.
