St. John Center Lutheran Church, 599 Reading Road, East Earl, will present a "Why We Sing" Music Sunday program on Sunday, June 4, at 11 a.m. under the direction of Vickie Kissinger.

The program will consist of choral and handbell music from the combined choirs of St. John Center Lutheran Church and Mellingers Lutheran Church in Stevens. There will be choral selections from composers such as Moses Hogan, Greg Gilpin, and Joseph Martin. Vocal selections will feature spirituals, Hebrew tunes, traditional sacred choral music, and contemporary Christian music.
