A run, during which participants will be doused with a spectrum of colors, will take place at St. Peter's Lutheran Church on Sunday, Sept. 7, with registration beginning at 11:45 a.m. Geared for families, the event coincides with the beginning of the Sunday school year.

During the event, participants will run a course through St. Peter's grounds. With no winners or official times clocked, the event is designed to cater to people of all ages. Once the race is over, the fun will continue at the Finish Festival with food trucks and other fun family activities.

White T-shirts perfect for soaking up color are available for a set donation. For an additional donation, people can receive a complimentary T-shirt and a swag bag. Only those who preregister are guaranteed a T-shirt.

Donations will support a charitable cause in the community that will be chosen by the youths participating in St. Peter's Sunday school.
