The 36th year of Neighbors Sharing and Caring will begin at Chiques Church, 4045 Sunnyside Road, Manheim, on Tuesday, Oct. 17. Women of all ages and preschool children are invited to attend from 9 to 10:45 a.m. The morning will include devotions, music, brunch and fellowship.

The theme for the year will be Truth. Topics will include What is truth? Is it relative or absolute? Is it living or inanimate? Is it the same today as it was in the past? And what or who is the standard by which truth is measured?
