The Hershey Civil War Roundtable will meet on Thursday, Aug. 18, at Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 542, 8000 Derry St., Harrisburg, at 7:30 p.m. Zoom and Facebook Live options will also be available.

Mike Jesberger will present "West Point Classmates of the American Civil War." Among the thousands of men who fought in the Civil War, there were a select few from both the Union and Confederate armies who formed a unique fraternity. Although they came from different backgrounds, the men who made up this group had in common the military training they had received at West Point.

The meeting is free and open to the public. All people interested in the history of the United States Civil War are invited to attend.
