Classes to focus on gluten-free desserts

Horn Farm Center, 4945 Horn Road, York, will offer Gluten-Free Desserts classes on Saturdays, Nov. 9 and 30, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

In the first class, attendees will learn how to make sticky buns, no-cook potato candy, and apple pie. The second class will offer an opportunity to learn to make sweet breads, such as apple, banana, and zucchini, along with no-bake cookies. Tips and tricks for gluten-free baking will be provided at both sessions. All products created and baked during the classes will be gluten-free and vegan, and attendees will go home with their own freshly baked goodies plus recipes.
