Comcast Presents Donation to LCH Health

Families across southern Chester County received much-needed winter clothing and toys this holiday season thanks to a partnership between LCH Health and Community Services and Comcast employees from the company's UNIDOS employee resource group.

Comcast employees traveled from as far as New York City to LCH's Kennett Square location to deliver donated coats, shoes and toys for patients and community members facing financial hardship during the winter months. The effort was coordinated by Comcast community account manager Robert Sareth in collaboration with LCH staff and members of Comcast's UNIDOS employee group, a network dedicated to supporting Latino communities and advancing community engagement.

Through this collaboration, donated clothing and toys were provided to LCH patients and community members, reinforcing a shared commitment to giving back to communities in southern Chester County. LCH has distributed these donated items to their patients and at SILO in Oxford and The Wardrobe in Kennett Square, organizations that provide essential resources to individuals and families.

LCH Health and Community Services serves thousands of individuals and families each year, many of whom face barriers related to income, language and access to basic resources. Partnerships with community organizations and employers, like Comcast, help LCH extend care beyond clinical services to meet broader social needs.
