Feb. 9. "Souper" Bowl Sunday

St. Paul's United Methodist Church

1136 Geigertown Road, Birdsboro. Attendees are asked to wear their favorite team jersey and attend worship at 9 a.m. All attendees will be given a free quart of soup for their family to enjoy while watching the game and a second quart to pass on to a neighbor. Children's church will be offered during the worship hour. All children age 12 years and younger will receive a free pair of coloring socks.

Feb. 15. President's Day Celebration

Village Library of Morgantown, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Featured will be State. Rep. Mark Gillen, John Trego from the First Troop Philadelphia City Calvary and Matthew Sims, combat medic and war hero. The event will celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Continental army. Refreshments will be available for purchase. Contact the library at 610-286-1022 or smolibrary@gmail.com for more details.
