Aug. 13. History Program

Historic Poole Forge

1940 Main St. Narvon, 1 to 2 p.m. The topic will be historic printing. Attendees will see a demonstration of a working Franklin-era printing press. The program is free, but donations will be accepted.

Aug. 16. Yoga Class

Presented by the Friends of Hopewell Furnace

Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site

2 Mark Bird Lane, Elverson. 6 to 7 p.m. The class will be led by Wellspring on Main of Douglassville. Participants may register for free by calling the park at 610-582-8773 or by emailing HOFU_Superintendent@nps.gov.

Aug. 16. Knitting Club

Honey Brook Community Library

687 Compass Road, Honey Brook, 1 to 3 p.m. Led by library volunteer Heather Buffington, youths are invited to learn the art of knitting. Aug. 23. Cornhole Fundraiser

Benefits Boone Area Library

Main Bird Park

226 N. Water St., 2 to 6 p.m. Teams of two can register for a fee and play to win cash prizes. Registration for the tournament is required. A link to register is available at http://www.facebook.com/boonearealibrary. In the event of rain, the tournament will be held inside the library.
