Story time, featuring stories, songs and crafts, will be held on Wednesdays and Thursdays, from April 1 to May 21, at 10:15 a.m. Story time is best suited for preschoolers ages 2 to 5, but children of all ages are welcome. April 4. Chicken Barbecue, Flower Sale

4499 N. Twin Valley Road, Morgantown, 10 a.m. until sold out. The meal includes half of a barbecued chicken, sides and a beverage. The ladies auxiliary will also hold a Easter flower sale starting at 11 a.m.

April 6 Common Ground Ladies Book Study

Village Library of Morgantown, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The topic will be "Am I Messing Up My Kids?" by Lysa Terkeurst. The group will read chapters one and two for its first gathering and the library will have additional copies to borrow. Attendees may bring their lunch.

April 7. Book Club

311 Hazel St., Reading, 4:30 to 8 p.m. The meal will include spaghetti and meatballs, bread and butter and a salad. Takeouts will be available. The Legion will receive a portion of the costs of the meal.
