Advoz will offer a Restorative Practices Toolkit Training from Monday to Wednesday, Aug. 17 to 19, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Millersville University. The campus is centered around George and Frederick streets in Millersville. People may choose to attend one or more days of the training.

The program is intended to help people build practical skills for interpersonal and group collaboration and restorative conflict resolution. Topics will include conflict awareness, listening-based communication, cultural considerations, de-escalating high conflict and engaging in proactive affective communication, and facilitating the group-building Circle Process.

There is a cost per day, with a discount for those who attend all three days. Continuing education credits are available for an additional fee.
