A Dementia Friends presentation will be offered on Tuesday, Jan. 24, at 6 p.m. at Senior Commons at Powder Mill, 1775 Powder Mill Road, York. Dementia Friends facilitator and certified dementia practitioner Jill Kaylor will share the five key messages about dementia and what it is like to live with this condition. Dementia Friends aim to share the knowledge they have learned with others to turn understanding into action.
