Beginning Tuesday, Jan. 31, the seven elementary schools in Penn Manor School District will welcome preschool children and their parents or guardians to Lunch & Learn activities each month through May. The May events will take place in the evening, but all others will be held over lunchtime.

The events will include story times, crafts, lunch, and visits to the school library to check out books, which will be returned the following month. The program is designed to familiarize future students and their parents with the schools so they become comfortable with the setting prior to the students' first day of school.

Children may attend the program at their home school or any other elementary school in Penn Manor School District. Siblings are welcome to attend. A parent or guardian must accompany all children.
