The Solanco Historical Society will hold its next program on Saturday, Feb. 18, at 1:30 p.m. at the society's archives building, located across from the Robert Fulton Birthplace at 1932 Robert Fulton Highway (Route 222), Quarryville. The program is free and open to the public. Seating is limited.

Matthew Dodd will present "Songs and Stories of Valentine's Day." Dressed in period clothing, Dodd will share a variety of old songs along with both humorous and serious background stories to put the songs in the context of the times. Dodd sings and plays the acoustic guitar, harmonica, banjo and mandolin.
