The Mount Joy Area Chamber of Commerce is once again accepting gift card donations for students experiencing homelessness in the Donegal School District. This year, 36 students are currently identified under the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act.

Gift cards should be in denominations of $5, $10 or $25 so they can be easily distributed among students. The Chamber encourages donors to support local Chamber member businesses when purchasing gift cards. A list of suggested businesses can be found at http://www.mountjoychamber.com.

Gift cards may be dropped off at the Chamber office by Monday, Dec. 15. Donors are asked to call 717-653-0773 or email info@mountjoychamber.com to confirm office hours.
