Dutch Apple To Present "Elf The Musical"

Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre will present "Elf the Musical" this holiday season. Based on the 2003 Will Ferrell movie, the musical will open on Friday, Nov. 18, and run through Sunday, Jan. 8, 2023.

"Elf the Musical" introduces audience members to a young orphan named Buddy, who mistakenly crawls into Santa's bag of gifts and is transported to the North Pole. Raised by elves, Buddy does not know he is actually a human. When his enormous size and poor toy-making skills cause him to face the truth, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father and discover his true identity.

"Elf the Musical" features Matthew Michael as Buddy, Anna Parchem as Jovie, Payton Moledor as Emily Hobbs, Carter Gessamen and Brodie Kennedy sharing the part of Michael Hobbs, Craig Sherman as Walter Hobbs and Jim Moyer as Santa Claus.

The production is directed by Dean Sobon, with musical direction by JP Meyer and choreography by Kerry Lambert.
