EAHS Students Honored For AP Scores

Nine students from Elizabethtown Area High School (EAHS) earned the distinction of Advanced Placement Scholar from the College Board in recognition of their achievement on their 2021 Advanced Placement (AP) exams. The Advanced Placement program allows students to take college-level classes and examinations created by the College Board, which are accepted by many of America's colleges and universities for credit.

The College Board recognizes several levels of achievement based on a student's performance on the college-level AP exams. Bryan Murray received the AP Scholar with Distinction Award, which is given to students who receive an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP exams taken and a score of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams.

Matthew Sharp was recognized with an AP Scholar with Honors Award. This award is given to students who receive an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP exams taken and a score of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams.

The AP Scholar Award went to Hana Connolly, Mara Connolly, Logan Conrad, Makenna Locke, Abigail Rickabaugh, Luke Risser, and Julia Sikora. These students received a score of 3 or higher on three or more AP exams.
