Vista Autism Services has expanded its Adult Employment Services program to York County, bringing workforce development support to adults with autism and related developmental disabilities in the region. Vista's service area also includes Dauphin, Cumberland, Lebanon, and Lancaster counties.

The Adult Employment Services program exists to help adults with autism and developmental disabilities find and keep meaningful jobs in their communities. The program provides individualized support at every stage - from career exploration and job development to on-the-job coaching and long-term career guidance. All employment is competitive and integrated, meaning participants work alongside co-workers without disabilities in real community settings. Vista's employment team works directly with local employers to identify opportunities, explain workplace supports, and ensure both the employee and the employer have what they need to succeed.
