ENB Supports Royer House Project

REAL Life Community Services, based in Denver, is spearheading a campaign to raise $545,000 for the renovation of the Royer House in Denver, and Ephrata National Bank (ENB) recently donated $50,000 toward the campaign.

Jeffrey Stauffer, ENB president and CEO, presented the check to REAL Life Community Services founder and executive director Rod Redcay and administrator Sunny Redcay during a recent tour of the Royer House property.

The Royer House is located adjacent to the recently completed Declaration House project, which the organization finalized in 2019, transforming a blighted property along Main Street in Denver. The Declaration House project aimed to provide the community with affordable apartments, a social services hub, a health care clinic and several new small businesses.

The new Royer House project is intended to help address a growing housing shortage in the area and, upon its completion, will provide a total of five housing units to low-income community members.
