Governor Dick Environmental Center, 3283 Pinch Road, Mount Gretna, will offer a few upcoming events. Activities are free and open to the public, but preregistration is required by contacting 717-964-3808 or governordick@hotmail.com and providing a name and phone number in case the program is canceled.

Beginner Yoga, a slow-paced class, will take place on Saturday, Aug. 5, at 10:30 a.m. Attendees are advised to bring a yoga mat if they have one.

Music on the Porch will be offered on Sunday, Aug. 6, from 1 to 4 p.m. People may bring a lawn chair for this bluegrass jam.
