A milkshake truck will be on-site from 3 to 7 p.m. on Aug. 26, and soft serve ice cream from Fertile Valley Farm will be available from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Aug. 28.

The estate and yard sale items were all donated by residents. Due to the pandemic, the sale was not held in 2020, so this year's event will include items collected from May 2019 to July 2021.

Credit cards will not be accepted for payment. No animals other than service animals will be permitted at the event.

The proceeds from this event will go directly to the Good Samaritan Fund at Londonderry Village. This fund supports residents who have depleted their financial resources due to illness and need of long-term skilled care. The fund also helps a spouse to stay in his or her dwelling in the event of skilled care costs. No one is asked to leave Londonderry Village for financial reasons.
