The third annual Never Forget 9/11 Cruise will take place on Saturday, Sept. 10, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Kick stands will be up at 11 a.m., and the ride will start at Root's Market, 705 Graystone Road, Manheim, and arrive at the American Legion Post 429 in Ephrata around noon. Food and prizes will be available.

Participants on motorcycles are needed for the ride to help with intersections and traffic control. For more details, contact Kole Bauer at 717-371-5366.

There is a nominal fee to participate. The event is sponsored by the 717 American Crew, and the organizers request that politics be absent from the event. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Penryn Volunteer Fire Company in Manheim.
