Susquehanna National Heritage Area (SNHA) will host the photography of Columbia native and Air Force veteran John Reitzel through Monday, Nov. 22, at the Columbia Crossing River Trails Center, 41 Walnut St., Columbia. The center's visitor hours are Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m. Entrance to the gallery is free, but donations are welcome.

The collection, "Columbia & Susquehanna: Through the Lens of John Reitzel," will offer Reitzel's images of the town of Columbia and of the nearby Susquehanna River in a variety of forms, colors, and seasons. Guests will see some of his favorite works alongside brief historical notes related to the views. The wooden frames holding the photos are handcrafted by Reitzel, as well.
