The New Holland Farmers Day Association is seeking contestants for this year's fair queen competition. Young women who wish to take part must be 16 to 20 years old and live in ELANCO, Pequea Valley, or Conestoga Valley School District, but contestants are not required to attend public school. Knowledge of the fair and the community will be a plus for the contestant. The queen will be crowned on Monday, Oct. 2, at the New Holland Fair Building.
