Historic Poole Forge, 1940 Main St., Narvon, will hold its fall plant swap on Friday, Sept. 8, in the pavilion. Setup will begin at 6 p.m., with the swap at 6:30 p.m.

Participants may bring annuals, perennials, shrubs, rooted cuttings, vegetable plants, seeds, bulbs, vines, trees and houseplants. They should bring plants in containers, label the plants and include growing instructions if possible.
