Ephrata National Bank (ENB) recently announced the addition of Thomas Fasnacht as senior vice president, chief credit officer.

In this role, Fasnacht is responsible for leading and implementing the bank's overall credit strategy through loan structuring, policy creation, workout plans and operational effectiveness. He will work closely with the members of the executive and senior management teams, the board of directors, regulators and other individuals at all levels within the organization to build out the bank's strategy around lending activities. Fasnacht has more than 30 years of finance experience.

He is a graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance. Additionally, he established and runs the Lancaster County Project for the Needy, and is a board member of Hunger Free Lancaster County and Mental Health America (MHA) of Lancaster. Fasnacht currently resides in East Petersburg.
